Intergalactic leotards. Show-stopping headgear. A dress made completely out of meat. There can only be one person with a closet bold enough: Lady Gaga.
In conjunction with Gaga’s wildly-popular residencies Enigma and Jazz & Piano at the Park MGM in Las Vegas, the superstar and her longtime creative partner Nicola Formichetti have curated a new exhibit appropriately named “Haus of Gaga Las Vegas.”
This pop fashion museum mini-museum features some of Gaga’s most iconic looks from red carpets, music videos and live performances. McQueen boots? Check. Mugler bodysuit? Check. All three Met Gala outfits? Check. Check. Check.
One of our favorite Gaga-worthy looks is featured up-front and center in “Haus of Gaga Las Vegas.” It’s the Alexander McQueen gown that Lady Gaga wore to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. The gorgeous dress is from the last collection McQueen ever worked on before his death in January of that year. And it turns out that it’s one of Gaga’s favorites, as well. “I would say that it’s the number one look in my career,” Gaga told Vogue.
Also on display is the galactic-fantastic dress Lady Gaga wore to the 2010 Grammy Awards designed by Armani Prive. And don’t forget to look up to check out Gaga’s Versace bodysuit she wore while performing at the Super Bowl in 2017. From time to time, some of these memorable outfits and accessories will be up for auction with 100 percent of the proceeds going towards the Born This Way Foundation.
“Haus of Gaga Las Vegas” will run the length of Lady Gaga’s residencies at the Park Theater in Park MGM and open on the days the star is performing.
